I started talking to David with Fleet Priority in January of 2023. At the time I was the plant manager for plant 2 at MJR concrete. I was helping collect data for the beta testing project for Fleet Priority at the request of our service manager. Fleet Priority needed dates, hours/milage of the last services on our trucks and off road equipment as well as vendor and driver information. At the time I was just helping out and I had no idea where this task would take me and what a journey it has been! After we collected all the data and was on the system for just over a year I could see real time digital data from my drivers DVIR forms on my Fleet Priority dash board which is far more effective than paper of simple digital forms with no logic. The DVIR forms connect the managers, drivers and shops on one portal to ensure the issues are resolved quickly and properly stored.
About 6 months later there was an opening in the maintenance department and I was offered the job. Having never managed a shop or a fleet of trucks was quite a learning curve. I can truly say that because of all of the data and maintenance records being live and available made the transition smooth. I highly recommend using Fleet Priority.
